Health from the Inside Out: How to Create Transformation that Lasts

Tabitha MacDonald Episode 76

Feeling battered by January advice wars and “one perfect plan” promises? Here’s a calmer, truer way to build real health in 2026: trust your intuition, upgrade your identity, and let simple, aligned actions stack into lasting change. Tabitha MacDonald, Intuitive Coach and Bodyworker, opens with a raw look at living through ulcerative proctitis, weight gain, and the coping strategies that once felt like survival. From there, we map two shores—your current reality and your Transformation Island—and explore why most plans stall in the river between them: resistance, fear of change, and old family rules that keep you “safe” in the familiar.

The 5-Step Intuitive Health Reset

  1. Create a felt vision of health - Define what health looks and feels like in your body—not just how it looks. How you move, rest, eat, think, and play when your body feels steady, safe, and strong.
  2. Assess your current reality  - Look at where you are today with curiosity instead of judgment. Awareness—not guilt—is what creates change.
  3. Identify and rate resistance - Bring hidden resistance into the light and measure it, so it can be worked with rather than fought against.
  4. Recode outdated survival strategies - Use a superconscious recode to release old coping patterns and install safety, choice, and coherence.
  5. Take one aligned next step - Ask your intuition for the next aligned action—and take it, even if it feels almost too simple to matter.

Along the way, Tabitha explores why diets fail without an identity shift, how intuition guides you to the right support at the right time

SPEAKER_00:

Today we are talking about how to make a health transformation in 2026 using your intuition. Have you ever felt like right around this time of year you're getting exhausted by ads that contradict everything about your health? One says to do intermittent fasting, one says intermittent fasting is terrible for women but great for men. They tell you to cold plunge, breathe more, hydrate, shake it up, hold 30, all of the things come at you harder than ever right now, because it's January when I'm creating this podcast. So if that's you, hold on. I'm gonna teach you today how to listen to your intuition and align with your path of potential for health. My name's Tabitha McDonald. I am an intuitive coach and a body worker, and I have been working in the wellness industry for 20 years. I have also struggled with my own health for a good chunk of that. And when I say struggle with it, I mean I used to have ulcerative proctitis, which is this hor if you haven't had it before, like it's a horrific way to live. Um, so block your ears for a second if you get easily grossed out, but I'm gonna just share a little detail. So back in 2005, I quit smoking, 2004, uh, because I was pregnant and I had this like vision of so I just moved home from England. So excuse my language for a moment, I'm gonna give it to you as it was. Um, I had as soon as I found out I was pregnant, I was like, I can't be that mom pushing my baby around in a buggy smoking a fag. Like I can't do that. And um that in like gave me the motivation to finally quit smoking once and for all. And I used a like Alan Carr's Easy Way to Quit Smoking and Ben and Jerry's to quit once and for all. And mind you, I did try to quit smoking about a thousand times before I got pregnant. Apparently, that was the solution. However, when you quit smoking, there's a rare chance that a few of us will develop something called ulcerative proctitis. It's a form of IBS and it's inflammation in the lower part of the colon, basically down near the anus, where you have like uncontrollable diarrhea all of the time, bloating, um, there's blood coming out in the wrong places, and it's it's pretty much hell. I will say it's it's a it's an awful health condition because you never know if it's gonna be a little toot or if like there's gonna be bloody diarrhea coming out and you better run to the bathroom and change your underwear. It's that bad, and it it does something to you. If you've never experienced a form of your intestines like absolutely going in a full assault war against you, you you don't know how bad it is, um, or what it's like to experience that. Like I stopped going on walks because I never knew what was gonna happen. I um I started eating junk food more, which probably made it worse. But you know, they said it didn't have any impact, but I'll get into that later, because it did. Um, I just it was miserable because it it was man, it it felt like I felt ashamed. Like if I if I have to look back, I'm trying to remember what it felt like because it it to me it was gross, like it was gross, like you just didn't know what was gonna come out. And um it it felt like my body was attacking me all of the time, and it was painful, like you get all this like painful bloating and gassy feeling, and um, it just is it's gross. And I I'm sorry for anyone who's going through it, I'm not calling you gross by any means. My experience of it was it made me feel gross inside of my body. Um, but because I was also in a very high stress environment at the time, living with an active alcoholic, I ate ice cream like twice a day. No joke. And also because I had just moved back from England, I had all of this like fast food available that I hadn't had for two years. So driving down the road, I had zero impulse control. I'd see a delta and be like, oh, I haven't been there in a few years. And I'd just start driving through. And as I was gaining weight and the assort of proctitis was getting worse and worse, I started feeling bad, like worse about my body. Like I'd always struggled with my weight, like it was always in up and down flow. And I I knew I would gain some weight when I was pregnant, but I was like, no, my baby's gonna be healthy in this belly. Like, I'm gonna make care ice cream out of my Vitamixer. Like I had these high hopes, but once the scale started going up, I almost dissociated from the number. And I was like, that's not really me. And and I wasn't correlating my behavior to the scale anymore. Like I was completely diss my behavior was completely dissociated from what was happening. And I didn't even realize how much weight I was gaining because I didn't feel like I was actually totally in my body. And for anyone who's ever had like a body trauma, I I know you know what I mean. And in order to get out of my body, I would sit and eat. And um, it would help numb out whatever emotional uh experience I was having. And I ended up gaining over 100 pounds during that pregnancy. Now I had already I was already over 200 pounds when I got pregnant, and then by the time I gave birth, I was 305 pounds, I believe, at the heaviest. Um, with my son, it was even more. So, and it was it created more pain in my body, like low back pain. It created um just an unhealthy mental, emotional state, uh which was like I had a terrible self-image. Um, I didn't even want to look at my body. It was hot, and so even walking up the stairs became difficult. And I couldn't shift it, like I didn't know how to shift it. And then the worse the old sort of proctitis got, the worse I felt about myself, which my go-to was food. So then I would just eat more. Um, and before that, you know, it was smoking, it was drinking, which neither one I could do while I was pregnant. And so I had to completely change um my like identity. Like now I was no longer this like, you know, young and free 28-year-old, but now I'm this like very obese, feeling very sickly um 29-year-old and I had. In fact, I think I dropped exactly eight pounds when I had her, and then I was like, wait, when is the rest of the weight gonna come off? Isn't this all just baby weight? Isn't this all just water? And I I was unprepared for this stress of being a new mom, um, of having a really hard relationship. We did not have a solid relationship going into parenting. And um, my ex-husband was struggling with addiction, and I had no tools because I used to love smoking and I couldn't smoke anymore. And um, having a new baby who did not sleep and who cried and scream all of the time, and I did not know what to do. And so when, and then I also had this horrible ulcerative proctitis, so I had to like have bloody diarrhea all of the time. Sorry if you're listening to this in the morning and it's gross, but you know, whoever's been through this is gonna understand, and hopefully, maybe you'll laugh with me about it because I no longer have these conditions. And so I think that um that's really what I wanted to share with you is I've experienced pretty horrendous um health conditions that have shifted and are no longer present in my life. And the process we're gonna do today is going to basically help you shift that for you and to be able to teach you some tools that you can come back to over and over again. So what I ended up doing was staying very obese. And um, I was always hovering between like, you know, 290 and that like 300 number. And it was it was hard to be a mom at that weight because everything hurt, like all of the time. Like getting out of bed hurt, like walking hurt. Uh everything hurt. And I felt very disconnected from my body. And I didn't like the way that I dressed. And it didn't, you know, we didn't have as we had Lane Bryant back then, so we didn't have as many options. And um, I remember like just wearing cargo pants and shirts all the time that I did I didn't feel sexy and I didn't feel attractive in them. And um, you know, it the more I dressed in an unattractive way, the less attractive I felt. So I would eat to deal with the the feeling. And then I also didn't know how to be a mom. So I was like, well, what do moms wear? And I started just dressing in a way that that I thought moms would dress, and you know, it it was hard, I will not lie. And it was probably the unhealthiest I've ever been at the time of your life in your 30s where you should be like the healthiest, right? Like, I mean, you're really in the a place where your body has the capacity to like heal quickly and and to be strong. And and you you would think that the 30s would be your healthiest time of life. And and I think for me, it was the least healthy I have ever been in my whole life. With that said, I did not want my daughter growing up with my bad behaviors, but I'll talk about that on another episode. And I won't say bad because I will say that how I look at it now is they were coping strategies that I developed to deal with really big emotions that I had no clue how to process. And I also did not understand the impact of trauma on your body and protective weight. I didn't understand any of that at the time. I'm so grateful for the last 20 years of my nerdiness and my pursuit of knowledge and answers because I do have such a deeper understanding now, and I have so much compassion for the experience that my 30-year-old self was going through in the world. Um, and I'm also super grateful for her for going through all of those things because she did raise a beautiful, a beautiful family in spite of all of the other things that that that version of me was going through. So over time, I kept like joining Weight Watchers or I when I did Melissa Pearce's um weight loss program last year, it was like never diet again or something. I don't remember. She had us count how many different diets that we've tried. And I would say mine was on the verge of like 70 plus different diet programs. And none of them worked because of this thing I'm gonna teach you today. And the reason they didn't work is because I did not have the identity of someone who cared about their health. I just didn't. It was never installed, it's nobody's fault, it's just not an identity that I had. And you'll like see people who are naturally healthy, they go to the gym, it's really easy for them. They just make the easy, healthy decision. It's because their core identity is someone that's aligned with health. And that wasn't me. And so I've had to spend the last couple of decades, two decades, figuring out how to shift my identity that was in alignment with health. And what we're gonna do on the this episode today is I'm gonna show you that process that I use, and I still do it every day because it's a core identity for me that resists like healthy habits and behaviors and um healthy coping mechanisms instead of reaching for sugary foods or um laying in bed and like vegging out and watching Netflix. Um, you know, it's it's a new identity I've had to get to know. But it is so in complete opposition to who I used to be that I've had a lot of a lot of conflict getting into that identity and staying in that identity. So I'm gonna teach you the five-step process today. I know I've talked about this before, but any type of health transformation that you want to create for yourself is going to require you, if you've never been healthy or if you value, you know, comfort over growth and discomfort, you're it's going to require you to become a new version of you. It's transformation, right? And it doesn't mean that there's anything wrong with the current version of you. It means that you need to evolve so that your values, your beliefs, your behaviors, your nervous system, your identity is now this new healthy version of you. And it's a daily practice of installing the new identity, removing the old trauma and resistance, and then choosing consciously to anchor in the new identity of being someone who values health. Now, this isn't just weight loss, like this is also for chronic pain. It's also for illnesses, right? This is also for any kind of health condition that you're struggling with. Now, I will say this is not to replace any medical advice that you've gotten from your doctor. But what we are going to do today is learn how to listen to the intuitive knowledge of your divine blueprint for health because your soul knows how to create a healthy body for you. And it just can't get through all the noise. It can't get through the social media posts about intermittent fasting. It can't get through Dr. ChatGPT, it can't get through Dr. YouTube or Dr. Google. Like it can't get through all the noise. And today, in today's world, we have more noise than ever around what you should do to take care of your health. It's so noisy. I don't know how anybody ever gets anything done because we are constantly being advertised to. We are constantly being told that the power is outside of us, that it's not within us, and that we need somebody else to tell us how to take care of our bodies. Now, intuition will lead you to the right expert. So that is also true. So sometimes we do need a coach to help us through the parts of the process of transformation that our identity will block. Because this is true for any transformation. You have like the set point, we'll call it the island of your current reality. And, you know, you have a certain set point for money, for health, for love, for success, for purpose, all of these things. You have this, this current reality, and then you have this transformation island where you would like to be living. And that's your, you know, alternate reality where you have the thing that you want, right? So if like health, since we're talking about health, health is the thing that you want, then over there you have this version of you that already has it. And they're like, cool, no problem. This is destination transformation. And maybe they're the right body size or their colon operates the way that it should, and you just feel good in your body, and you wake up and it's amazing. Um, and then you set sail for you know, Transformation Island, and like you're maybe in a little rowboat, or maybe like a speedboat, it's up to you. But as soon as you go onto the river of desire, is what we call it, you'll have these boulders that come up. Now, most people hit the boulder with force thinking that that's just gonna get it to budge. But just for a minute, I want you to just close your eyes and I want you to imagine a brick wall in front of you, and I want you to try to push it over. I mean, like really try to push the brick wall over. Like it's just like push it, right? Like, I want you to close your eyes and imagine just a giant brick wall and just with all your strength. Try to push it over. I bet it's not going anywhere, right? So what we do is we just ask the superconscious to dissolve the brick wall. So now close your eyes and just imagine that the brick wall is there and that your higher self is so powerful that it literally just dissolves the brick wall and you can just move forward. That's basically in a nutshell how the recode works. And um, there's a lot of other metaphors that the that we can use, but for today's exercise, just know that that's how the higher self can quickly dissolve things that are not aligned for you. And then we keep installing the new identity because we'll be like, no, I need the old trauma, I need the old story, I need to keep trying so I can never actually have the thing. Because who will I become if I actually have it? Yeah, this is the narrative that runs around in most of our unconscious minds. A lot of us are completely unaware of it. And that's okay because that's how our brains keep us safe, right? Like if we were aware of all like 60,000 thoughts that we had every day, like that would also be exhausting. And then also everyone else's thoughts floating around, creating, you know, secondary anxiety, or um, what did they call it, where it was secondhand embarrassment. I remember when my daughter taught me that. I was like, oh my God, I love that sentence. Um so basically, we want to go from our current reality to Transformation Island, and the boulders usually set us back where we turn around and go back to the old reality. All of our protector parts sigh in relief because they're like, Oh, thank God, I don't know how to keep you safe on that new island. I know how to operate in this island, even if this island is incredibly painful and Full of disease and obesity and addictive habits like overdrinking, overeating, or smoking. It doesn't matter what it is for you on the current island, your protector parts know how to keep you safe in your current reality. They do not know how to keep you safe on Transformation Island because they don't yet have instructions or new operating systems to keep you safe there. So what we do is we install those now so that they start getting used to the new identity. They learn how to keep you safe on Transformation Island. And they get the new upgrades from your superconscious on how to do that because they don't know yet. So that is the process in a nutshell. Hopefully that made sense. If not, keep listening and just try the process because it does work. So the very first thing we want to do is set your destination. What does Transformation Island look like to you? And if you're having like problems with your weight, or if you're having problems with your gut health or maybe migraines, you'll probably be a little bit pissed off about that question because you'll just be like, well, I just want to be not in pain. The problem is though, when you just say I just want to be not in pain, or I just want to be not fat, fat has to exist on that island, or pain has to exist on that island at a greater level than you would like it to. And I'll just offer that there are parts and aspects of you that are choosing that. And those are those protector parts because they know how to survive that, right? So they're like, but I don't really want to tell you what life would look like if I was thin because that's dangerous. And whoever knows whatever the reason is for you, there's some part or aspect of you that's decided that that was a dangerous experience. So it's not gonna let you have it no matter what. That's where the superconscious comes in. We keep choosing it because we are the creator of our realities, and we say, actually, I'm gonna still choose that because that's what I want. And then um, the new identity eventually starts taking over and pulling you towards the island. So most people they hit like a pain point in their current reality. It could be a diagnosis from your doctor, like, you know, you're about to get diabetes or um heart problems, stress-related diseases, strokes, like these things usually create so much pain for someone that they set out on the health journey. But then as soon as the like the threat to your survival is gone, we go back into comfort and we forget that we had that pain in the first place. Um, think about like kind of like you know, New Year's Day, like maybe your genes were a little bit tighter than they were back in October because of the holiday season. And then you go, Oh, I need to take off the you know, 10 pounds of holiday weight that I gained. So let me go ahead and start this new diet. But this year I'm actually gonna hit my target. But then as soon as the genes fit again and the pain, the pressure is gone, you start adopting some of the old habits and strategies and forget that you set out to go to Transformation Island. As soon as we engage with your higher self and the new identity, they're gonna pull you forward. And you're not gonna be pulled forward by pain, you're gonna be pulled forward by a vision. And the vision is gonna be the one that pulls you through the river of desire that obliterates all of those boulders, no matter what they are, and just keeps you focused on where you're going. So the first step is to create this transformation island. What would you like if you felt really good in your body? How would you like your life to be? So that's the first step is creating a wellness vision, a vision of you and optimal health. So have some fun with me for a second, and I want you to write down some things you would love to do if you felt really good in your body. For me, I want to do like this 100-mile backpacking trip in Europe that is keeps coming into my awareness. Um, it some, I think it's in Spain. I cannot remember the name of it, but I I really want to do that. And um, there's also a couple of other backpacking trips I would like to go on. I want to do like a dude ranch where you get to go ride horses and do like bow and arrow and like fun stuff for a week. I would love to go live on a dude ranch for a week, and I know that like excess weight can be really hard on a horse, so I never want to go over 200 pounds again because there's some weight restrictions on the ones that I found. And you know what? I actually I'm not gonna I think I want to try zip lining this year, and um that terrifies me because I have this old fear of heights, but I really want to try zip lining, and more importantly, I'm 50 and I I want to age gracefully and youthfully. So as I get older, I want to feel younger, more vibrant, more healthy. And that is that's kind of like this vision of my health, right? And how and so you really want to anchor in what is the vision that you have, and what is it that you will feel there? So it's really the emotion, the energetic imprint that you want to anchor into because that's what we're gonna pull back into your current reality. So, how does it feel when you're doing these things? Like, I love going shopping and like for smaller clothes, like and to be able to wear what I want. Like the day I had to like rip up my Lane Bryant credit card was probably one of the best days of my life to realize that I could not shop there anymore because their clothes were too big, even the smallest size was too big for me. That to me was like this massive victory. Love Lane Bryant, love them, love what they do. It also felt like this, oh yeah, there's no going back now. I can't shop at the this store anymore. Now I get to shop at like, and I think it was Ann Taylor was the one I really liked. Um, the loft. And so it was like this really cool, like, oh, I don't, I don't, I walk past the plus side section now and I'm like, oh, I don't fit into those clothes anymore. It there was this, like I will say there was a bit of grief because it was how I knew how to shop, but then a new sense of excitement of oh, I get to create like a whole new style for myself, and what does that look like? What do I like wearing? Um, and sometimes it's even shocking when I like go in and I'm like in a single digit dress or something and I'm like, oh, this feels really good. Like I love that feeling. That might not be what gets you. Um, maybe for you is if you you have migraines, maybe it's being able to be present with everybody and not having to bail out because of a four-day migraine that's gonna take you out. Um, if it's another health condition like fatigue, maybe you just see yourself having energy to experience life, you know, what is it you want to experience? Uh, do you want to run on the beach? Do you want to um hike Machu Picchu? Uh, do you want to go swim with dolphins? Like, what is it that that you really secretly want to do? Uh, do you want to learn how to snowboard? Or maybe you want to go dancing and you want to feel free in your body. I remember it was um Halloween this year. I went salsa dancing and I felt so free in my body. It felt so good to just feel good in my body and not to be self-conscious and to just feel free in it. Now, I could have this at any weight, it doesn't really matter, but how I felt in that experience is how I want to feel every day. So, what I want you to do is just write, jot down some things. And don't worry, you're gonna come back to this and keep doing it because your new identity is gonna start revealing itself to you more and more. And then what you want to do is kind of like put the notch in. So that's the the destination, that's the GPS point of Transformation Island. This is what it looks like for you. And then you're gonna come back to your current reality and you're gonna go, okay, well, what's it like now? And at the end of the year, I was really struggling with rib head issues and pain, and my body wouldn't cooperate. I kept getting sick. Um, and as soon as I started spiraling at the end of 2025 into a lack of health, I started making unhealthy decisions. Like I started drinking more, I started eating more sugary and processed foods. I stopped going to orange theory as often because I had so much pain. I did not feel good. I wasn't hydrating. I wasn't doing any of the basic things that I had done in the beginning of the year because old trauma was coming up, resurfacing and distracting me from the destination of Transformation Island. And looking back at the year and taking like an honest assessment, I know exactly when it started, I know what the trigger was, and I know what my response was to those triggers. So now I look at it from a place of curiosity, not from judgment. It's more of, oh, dang, I didn't know that was still a trigger for me. It usually has to do with rejection, abandonment, or um old codependent, like I can't control anything, uh, type strategies, where it was like food was used as a as a way of feeling in control of something in my life. And um also using, you know, alcohol or sugar to avoid my emotions or my feelings that he didn't want to admit that I had and I didn't know how to process through. So sometimes like I'll still fall back into those old strategies, but it's never as bad as it was before. I catch it quickly and I keep moving forward. And I'm not saying alcohol is bad and you don't you can't drink or whatever. It's just when you use it to snuff out an emotion that you're experiencing, that's when it becomes bad. Is because now you're just using it as another device to avoid you because your feelings are you, right? Um so that was the experience. So we're gonna move. So now we're gonna like kind of look at like our current reality. So my current reality is um I would like to, like, I let me see. What is my so I have my current reality, which I'm still having some shoulder pain, but it's not that bad. I'm figuring out how to work through it. Um, I'm not really hydrating. Um, my diet has been kind of cruddy. I'm doing the dry January, so I got the alcohol out of my diet again, which is helping me think more clearly. Um, and I actually prefer it. And let's see, I'm back at the gym and my body is struggling to get its heart rate up, but it's also feeling better and stronger than it was at the end of last year. Um, and so yeah, my current reality is way better than it used to be. I no longer have all sort of practitis or any of those weird health conditions uh that I used to have. And now it's pretty much just, you know, normal like 50-year-old stuff, like, oh, my um, if I work too much and I'm not stretching and taking care of my back, my back hurts. But I don't have the plantar fasciitis anymore. I don't have that constant hip pain, um, neck pain. Most of the chronic pain I used to have is gone. The ulcerative proctitis is gone. Um, I would say mostly I feel pretty good in my body. Yeah, actually, yeah, I do feel pretty good in my body. I was having a lot of fatigue, um, which I'm starting to come out of now. But, you know, it's I would say, so now we're gonna create step three, which is the tension um between here and there. And I would say my resistance to thinking that I can get to my goal weight and transformation island is pretty high actually, because um I keep thinking it's too far away for me to actually hit, um, although I've never been closer. So I would probably rate my resistance at about an eight. So your resistance is imagine that the boulders are are in your river, right? How many giant boulders are there? And we're just gonna cap it at 10. So 10 is like I am drowning in health problems, and I don't even know what you're talking about when it comes to creating a vision for health. I can't even see outside of this migraine I get, or I can't even see outside of um, you know, this weight that I'm carrying, or this injury that I have, or this trauma that I keep re-experiencing. Whatever it is for you, you know, that's your that's your scale. And so it's very much personal, it's just personal. So it's how you perceive it. There's no right or wrong here. It's just your perception of it. Whatever comes up is fine. So step number four is that's where we access your superconscious. Your superconscious is this infinite um field of knowledge and wisdom that already has the blueprint for health for you. It already knows the way to get there, it already knows the next best step or the next expert or person who can help you get there. Um, it's already up there just waiting for those boulders to to disintegrate so that it can give you the accurate information for you, for you specifically. Like I used to think I needed to follow the um the liver doctor guy, I forget his name. Yeah, but um, I think his name is the liver doctor. Um, but I used to think that I needed to follow him. And then when I really started listening to my intuition, it said, no, that's not the right strategy for your body. Being vegan, for instance, which I was for a long time, is not the right strategy for you, for your body. Your body's not um doesn't respond well to that. Your body needs high-quality protein and vegetables, though. So let you gotta let that go. And that was really hard for me because my identity was very anchored in being a vegetarian and believing that that was right for everybody. In fact, I built like 20 years on that belief structure that that was the best diet for everyone. And I even was like a huge animal rights activist. So, like for me to start eating meat again, like I really had to trust my intuition that that was the best path forward for me. And it it was actually um for me. I'm not saying that's for everybody, so that's why I'm I'm not giving you a diet here. I'm saying that like this is for you to figure out with your higher self what the best strategy is for you. So then we used a recode, which I'm gonna walk you through in a minute, to remove the boulders. And now, if you have big T traumas, those are gonna take a little time to chip away at. And you might have big T traumas and little T traumas, and little T traumas are gonna be like um how they register in your body. You can read your body keeps the score, or anything by Peter Levine that talks about how our body stores trauma and processes old um emotions and experiences, because what might have been a big T trauma for one person might have been a little T trauma for another person, and vice versa, because of how your nervous system registered the event emotionally in your body. So just know that if you're like, well, I didn't really have any big T traumas in my life that that are blocking you, if you're having a big health condition right now, chances are you probably do, but you're not pro you're not registering it as a big T trauma. So if it's a really big one, then the superconscious is gonna start to dissolve the imprint in your field that it left behind. And you don't have to go and process it and really unpack it unless unless that's your thing. Because, you know, it's entirely up to everybody about how they do their healing journey. I personally didn't want to go sit in therapy for a very long time processing through all of my traumas. So I'm really grateful that I my higher self led me to Chris Duncan, who taught me about structure and alignment. And you basically create your new transformation island, understand the identity of that person and how they're not responding to their old trauma triggers anymore, and what they do instead. And you align so fully with that that your entire nervous system uh rewires itself in alignment with that. Now, does that mean I didn't have to go through processes of healing or addressing some of the trauma? I did. Um, there's no spiritual bypass here, but what it does is it made it so much easier to digest that that when I did, when I do look back on it now, I don't really, they're not, they're not really activating to my emotional state anymore. Like I no longer dissociate from them or um, you know, go into the same kind of responses that I used to. I'm pretty much on to them, I'll do a recode right away, and then reframe it and go back into a what do you want? And what does that person what what are the decisions that that person makes? And I just keep training my mind to go where I want it to go. Now, um for those of you who are in the beginning stages of your journey, I I just wanna say I have so much love for you because I remember what it was like when like I in my 40s, when all the emotions that I had stuffed down earlier in life came up, it was like they all erupted at the same time. It was a bad day, I'm gonna tell you right now, which led into a bad couple of years, but also a good couple of years because I now have a resonance with myself that I don't think I would have had before had I not gone through that journey. And now I'm gonna help you shorten the journey so that you can use all of the knowledge that I've gained to get there faster. And I think that's really what life is about, right? Is when you're in alignment with your purpose. Whatever it is, you you help other people shorten the journey on their healing journey so that they can they can create lives that matter to them where they're fully aligned with their higher self. So I I digressed a little bit. So then after we do the recode, the resistance is going to be mostly cleared in the moment. Doesn't mean it's not gonna creep back in, but it's going to be cleared in the moment, and your superconscious is gonna be like, I'm so grateful, thank you. Here's what to do next. You're gonna write it down, and then you're just gonna simply do that thing. Now I say simply because it should feel simple, but it might not. Because if you have a lot of protector parts or a lot of wounded parts, then they're not gonna want to do that thing because it will feel too simple. They'll be like, no, it should be way more complicated than that. I should do this Atkins, or I should do that. And maybe that is the right answer for you. It's entirely between you and your higher self. But you're gonna resist it because it's gonna feel too easy. Now, that's where you just come back and you do this every single day, and you start getting in the habit of following the intuitive guidance that comes through. So If it was simply just hydrating, then that's the step that you take, and you start building trust with your intuition. Um, this is a process of allowing your higher power, which is your higher self, to guide you on your journey. To say, hey, I picked this body for you. I need you to live in it, and I need you to treat it like the divine temple that it is. Now that might take you some time to get there, but just make the commitment because I'm gonna leave this podcast episode up and you can come back to it as often as you need. Um, you can just keep installing the new identity, but it will invite you that if if you're not taking action, this is where coaching comes in handy, um, because you have someone outside of you seeing your blocks, removing them for you, and then also holding you accountable for transformation island. And sometimes that's hard, especially if you have a lot of big T traumas because you're not gonna want to, you're gonna be tired and you're gonna be like Mm-Wan. And then you're just not gonna want to do it. But intuitive coaches specifically can see your path of highest potential. And that's what I do with the clients that are like in so much of my room. My private one-on-one coaching clients is that I I can see the clean the clearest path to get you there, and then I hold you accountable to who you're becoming, not to who you've always been. Um, you know, that requires being able to to like go into your field, talk to your higher self, and basically be like a translator. So if that's something you're interested in, there's a link below. You can do like a trial in Summer Tribe if you're if you prefer group coaching. Um, and you you can also, you know, set up like a one-on-one consultation to see if coaching is good for you. I'll put a there is a um, there's a link down below in the show notes on how to do that. But right now I'm gonna walk you through the process. So you're gonna want to give it like a pen and paper because you're gonna write some stuff down. And then I'm also going to just go into a full superconscious recode and walk you through this the five-step process as uh the the meditation as a meditation. So if you want, you can close your eyes. You do not have to give your superconscious permission to make changes in your field, and you do that by simply saying, I give permission to my superconscious to create changes in my field today. And I'm gonna have you take a nice deep breath in and out. As we enter the new year, I want you to think about any goals that you have set for yourself, for your health. Soon, very soon, you will be able to set these goals in motion, knowing that this is a new beginning. It is time for a fresh start. Time for a new you. It really doesn't matter how many times in the past you have tried and failed, because the past is over, and your new way of life is just about to commence. Whether you want to lose weight, stop smoking, gain confidence, or overcome any obstacles that have previously stood in your way, you can really enjoy the knowledge that this time you will succeed. You will succeed because you have the determination and the motivation to succeed. Your future self is already cheering you on. And this determination and commitment, along with your wonderful, creative subconscious and superconscious minds, is all that you really need. So make this pledge to yourself right now. I am in complete control of my life, and I can do anything that I set my mind to. Repeat it now after me, either silently or aloud. I am in complete control of my life, and I can do anything that I set my mind to. Feel that certainty grow inside of your heart now. The most wonderful thing about life is that we never know exactly what is around the corner. Life is full of so many little delights and surprises. Fresh opportunities are opening up, and there are new horizons to explore, different ideas to pursue, new thoughts to think, new people to meet, and a whole new way of thinking, feeling, and being. This is a version of you that already has optimal health. Allow yourself to travel out into the future and step foot into a new reality. Look around and see what you see. What are you doing in your body? You can either see it through your own eyes or watch a version of you who is experiencing this life already. If you have a hard time with visualizing, simply notice how you feel, what you hear, what you smell. Use all of your senses to create an experience of total body transformation. See yourself waking up in the morning. Who are you being in this new reality? How do you feel emotionally? What are the thoughts that you think? How are you moving your body with joy, excitement, and enthusiasm, passion? Do you feel strong? Do you feel vibrant and energized, excited about life, full of joy and commitment to yourself? Notice this version of you operating in the world. See how other people are reacting to you, your confidence, your love, unconditional love for yourself, others, and the world around you? What is it that you're feeling in this future moment in time? What is it that you're experiencing? Are you traveling? Are you enjoying flying to new places, new destinations? Now, if you haven't already look through your own eyes and see through your eyes and hear through your ears and breathe through those lungs, how does this version of you experience the world around you? Superconscious, please create an energetic set point for this quantum reality to be anchored into the future timeline. Anything in the way of that, delete, uncreate, and destroy across all time, dimension, space, and realities. Now float back on your timeline to know your current reality. And I want you to just explore what is it that's going on for you now? How does your body feel? What health challenges, are there any habits that you have? Behaviors, thoughts, beliefs about yourself? Where are your values not aligned with that future version of you? Are you out of integrity with your word? Do you say you're going to do something, but it feels like something takes over and then you don't follow through? Do you try and try and never get there? Just look around your current reality. Do you let other people's opinions get in your way? Other people's voices in your head telling you that you're not capable, that you can't do it? What happens when you go out to eat? Or late at night? Or maybe you're just tired of trying? Are you not sleeping? Are you addicted to social media? How are your relationships? Are you aloof? Or are you very anxious all of the time? Do you feel any kind of depression or lower mood? Are your hormones out of whack? Just notice what it's like now just chasing answers and never actually getting them. To not commit, to feel commitment, but then not follow through. Just notice and take an honest assessment. I'm going to be quiet for a moment while you do that. Superconscious, please create the perfect treatment plan in the perfect way to dissolve the resistance and to instill a state of ease and flow into optimal health, aligning all parts and aspects of the unconscious mind so that they understand how to work with the superconscious to create a new blueprint for health and vitality. Anything in the way of that delete, uncreate, and destroy across all time, dimension, space, and realities. Take a deep breath in, and I want you to notice the resistance between these two points in time. How far away does Transformation Island look for you? Read it on a scale of one to ten. And I want you to see the river of desire between where you are now and where you were going and allow those boulders to pop up. Allow the resistance to come into your active experience so that your superconscious can treat it as much as is safe to be treated today. And just breathe in and breathe out. Just because you smoked, were overweight, or lacked confidence in yourself, whatever your goal is, maybe it's to quit drinking. This doesn't mean to say that life will always be like that. As you know, we are constantly changing and developing in so many different and exciting ways. Superconscious, please treat the fear of change. Please treat all strategies to prevent change from happening. Please install healthy strategies for coping with and dealing with change. Anything in the way of that, delete, uncreate, and destroy across all time, dimension, space, and realities. You can learn from any past mistakes that you may have made or perceived mistakes, and your learning can create a whole new, exciting existence for you. You can reject old patterns of behavior or thoughts or negative feelings. Because you have a choice, superconscious, anywhere the main personality does not believe they have a choice. Please treat across all time, dimension, space, and realities. Please install an empowered state, knowing that you are the predominant creative force in your life. And from this moment forward, you have nothing but choice. Please activate all dormant parts that are going to be the treatment team so that they can teach all parts how to live in an empowered state, to be the creator of their own reality, how to create from the future instead of recreating the past. Anything in the way of that, delete, uncreate, and destroy across all time, dimension, space, and realities. That's right. You have the choice to continue as you were, or to accept that you are the master or the mistress of your own destiny. Perhaps you are wanting to learn a new skill or a hobby or improve an old one. Or maybe you have decided to take more care of your health or to travel more or set up a business, whatever it is, and your health may be getting in the way of that. Whatever it is you have decided to do, remember, with motivation and determination, you can succeed in whatever you do. All you need to do is to desire this thing and make a commitment to yourself that you will do whatever it takes to achieve your goal, your transformation, to align with that future version of you, to feel that way every day, so that pretty soon you simply become that version of you until the physical follows. And one day you wake up and you simply are that new version of you. That's right. You can do it. Tell yourself this. Remind yourself that you can and you will do it. That's right. You have the choice to continue as you were, or to accept that you are the boss of your own destiny. You are in complete control of your mind, your body, and your health. So come with me now on a journey into your wonderful subconscious mind. Imagine that it is already New Year's Eve at the end of this year, and the bells are tolling midnight. They sing out with the old and in with the new. And you can rejoice at this opportunity. This new start is going to mean to you. Feel the excitement building within you. Also at the same time, feel the dread. Feel the resistance of fatigue. Of false information, of confusion, of chaos. Superconscious, please treat all events, past, present, and future that are creating resistance. Please treat and do a massive change history. Please install a sense of ease and flow, a sense of confidence and commitment. Please align all values with the future reality. Please treat family rules of belonging. Please treat all impulses, urges, and states of incoherence. Please treat this across all time, dimension, space, and realities. Thank you. As the bell rings in the new year, I want you to look around and find an empty old brown sack nearby or a large black plastic bag. And into that sack or bag, I want you to place any old reasons that you had for keeping that old, undesirable, unwanted habit alive. If the habit you would like to shift is smoking, put that habit in the black bag. If it's overeating, put the habit in the black bag. Too much alcohol, dump it in. Not exercising, dump it in. Whatever the old habit was for reasons of boredom, then identify that reason now and tell yourself, I have too much going on in my life to be bored. And put the old reason into the sack. If your old habit was sustained because of insecurity of any kind, then tell yourself now, I am me. I accept myself for what and who I am. I am light. I am already love. Anything in the way of that, delete, uncreate, and destroy across all time, dimension, space, and realities. Identify those feelings of insecurity, of incapability, of hopelessness, and place them into that sack. You really have no reason to be insecure moving forward because you love yourself and accept yourself, and you know that just by making these positive changes in your life, your confidence in yourself will increase. If your old way of life was a comfort zone, then identify it now and tell yourself, I can be so much more comfortable with my new way of life. In fact, my old reality, my old strategies are becoming more and more uncomfortable. Notice all of the discomfort these old coping strategies have created for you. Have they created conflict in your love life? Conflict in the way that you dress or the way you show up at work, your financial state, what is it? Allow your unconscious mind to reveal it to you now. And as it does, your superconscious is simply going to treat these old triggers, these old states of being, and to replace it with new positive states of flow, ease, and peace in alignment with your future self. Superconscious, please treat all unprocessed emotions of anger, sadness, betrayal. Please treat the strategy of self betraying as a way of controlling the outcome. Please treat all patterns of behavior that are aligned. With self-abuse. Please treat this across all time, dimension, space, and realities. Thank you. Please treat all unprocessed fear patterns in the nervous system. Please treat and do a massive change history, installing a sense of safety and security at the core of who you are. Now please treat any unprocessed shame and guilt. Please treat all unprocessed emotions, spoken or unspoken, that if changed would change the experience of life so that you would feel a deep sense of satisfaction, joy, purpose, and enthusiasm for what you are creating. Anything in the way of that delete, uncreate, and destroy across all time, dimensions, space, and realities, put those old, destructive, false friends into the sack. Because you are going to find, as your new way of life begins, you will not only be so much more comfortable, but you will have so much more confidence. And this proves to be a tremendous boost to your self-esteem, too. If you previously used your old habits to punish yourself in any way, for reasons probably known only to yourself, know now that you have been punished enough. It is time to terminate that sentence and be free from any old destructive, undesirable habits. So put the reasons for your old habits into the bag. I'm going to be quiet for a few moments so that you can identify any other reasons or excuses that you may or may not have had for keeping your old habits at large. Perhaps it may help. If you see yourself as a scientist in a laboratory, wearing a long white coat and bending over a powerful microscope. And as you identify each reason for having held on to these outdated modes of behavior, you can realize how unimportant and irrelevant they really are. And having identified those reasons, you can place any obstacles into the sack. So do this now as I'm quiet for a few moments, and when you next hear my voice, you will even be more comfortable, even more deeply relaxed. Good. Now when you're ready, close that sack, tie it up, and put it out of the back door. You really don't need any excuses to continue old negative behavior, do you? You already have all the determination and motivation that you need to succeed. And succeed you will, because this is a new beginning for you. And you are really excited and cannot wait to get started. Now imagine waking up tomorrow. As soon as you open your eyes, you remember that you are rid of all those old obstacles and ready to commence with your new, exciting way of living. Whether this is abstaining from alcohol, cigarettes, nicotine, drugs, or becoming more outgoing and sociable, or anything else you desire, you realize that this is your chance to succeed. That's right, this is your choice to prove to yourself and others that you will do it. You can succeed and you will succeed. You can and you will do well. In fact, you can do better than while you excel. You feel so proud of yourself when you succeed, and this feeling of pride remains with you to motivate you to continue your new healthy patterns. You experience a personal sense of pride, satisfaction, and self-value, and these feelings are worth far more than anything you could ever possibly wish to receive from anyone else. See yourself moving through these first days of the year. And as you move through the days achieving the goals that you have set for yourself, know that you can and you do feel so good. Even if at some point in the day you should ask yourself, is this really for me? You intuitively dismiss that question as a random thought. You are allowed to feel good in your body. You are well aware that some old negative thoughts may try to creep back into your mind, and that's good for you because it makes it so much more of a challenge. You really enjoy a challenge, and you know that the feel-good feelings that you'll have later on will be so much more worthwhile, won't they? So naturally, you are on your guard for negative thoughts. Your subconscious mind is like a security guard keeping watch, keeping vigil at all times. You realize that unconscious strategies are at work, so you simply tell yourself, I am in complete control of my life, and I can do anything that I set my mind to. Repeat it now after me if you like. I am in complete control of my life. I can do anything that I set my mind to. I can do well, I can do better than well. I choose to excel at anything I choose to excel at. And of course, you do well because you expect to do well. Move forward now through the year, through spring, having made this decision, this commitment to your future self today. Move forward now to the middle of summer. Imagine that it is six months from now. It is the beginning of July, and you can see this new you, this healthier, slimmer version of you, this version that is confident, strong, and moves through life with ease. This old habit just isn't there anymore. And you are looking and feeling really good and energized. You no longer have to resist temptations because there really is no temptation there. This is a completely natural way of life for you. You are more confident, more positive, you feel better, you look better, you are healthier, fitter, and full of vitality. You also have strong, confident, positive feelings. It's so good to know that you are in complete control of your mind, your body, and your health. And looking back to how it was in the very beginning, to make those changes in your life and you feel very proud of yourself for having succeeded. You are proud of yourself for taking control and accepting responsibility for yourself. And yes, you know that if there were any slightly uncomfortable feelings right back there in January, well, you coped, and they're all gone now. You coped then because you were and still are a mature adult, and you cope now because your maturity, wisdom, and confidence have increased. In fact, you cope with any situation that arises. You are in complete control of your mind, your body, and your health. You feel so proud of yourself, and you deserve to feel proud of yourself because it is a tremendous thing that you have done. So enjoy these wonderful feelings, noticing how much more confident you are, so much more in control and happier than you have ever imagined possible. In a moment, I want you to go back to that desired reality. I want you to go back and witness the future version of you that already has the kind of health that you are determined to bring into the world, into your body. Go back to the desired reality. Watch how you move. Notice what you're eating. Allow this future version of you to transfer the knowledge, the information, and the best strategy for you to reach optimal health this year. To give you your divine blueprint for health. It's your sovereign birthright to enjoy a healthy body that you feel good in, that is strong. Now watch this version of you. And as they stand in front of you, their energy is going to merge with your body, and now you become one. Feel their energy as it integrates and upgrades all of your DNA, tagging and treating any outdated programs for health that may be causing illness, resurfacing of old traumas, or emotional states that are not benefiting you in any way. Superconscious, please continue to treat in the days, weeks, and months to come, so that all outdated strategies dissolve easily and effortlessly, and a new divine blueprint for health will become available to the main personality as quickly or as slowly as is needed to make this transformation permanent. Feel their energy merging with yours. How do they feel? How does it feel? What do you believe about yourself? What do you believe about the world? Others? What else are you accomplishing now that you have created this amazing healthy body that feels so good to be in? Who are you impacting? What is your purpose? How does it feel to be living life as the creator of your own reality? To live it with purpose, to create experiences that you love, to have connection, unconditional love, a secure sense of being in the world, safe, protected. How are you helping others now that you feel so good in your body? How are others reacting to you? Feel the love and appreciation now. That's right. You're in complete control of your reality. You can do whatever you set your mind to, and it's a wonderful feeling to be in control like this, to be in flow, to be in complete coherence with your higher self, fully aligned with your mission on the planet. In a few moments, I'm going to ask you to come back to the present moment. And I want you to simply write down what is the next aligned action on your journey to optimal health. Pick up your pen and begin to write. Superconscious, please ground all memories we've touched today, including memories one, two, and three, and return them to the matrix of the universe. As you write, I want you to come back into your current reality, into your body, into the present moment, into the present day. Breathe in and breathe out. And just choose this path. Choose to commit that no matter what, you will follow through with the intuitive guidance that your future self gave you today. And you can come back to this exercise as often as necessary to anchor in the new identity so that you are fully aligned in body, mind, and soul with this very committed version of you who feel so good in their body. I did. Um, I love doing recodes, uh, and I love the experience that I receive because I can see all of your energy in the field, so it doesn't matter wherever you're listening when you're listening to this. Um, I can just see you like little beams of light, and I know that it's reaching the right people. Um and the last thing I'll say is if you don't want to do this alone and you want support, come try out Soma Tribe for a dollar. It's my membership. Because honestly, it for me it was never about the weight. It was about all the other things. It was about, you know, having an entire attachment style. It was about being an empath and like absorbing other people's pain like a giant sponge, and I didn't know how to manage that. It was overeating to deal with stress and not knowing, you know, that that's what I was doing. It was not being onto my unconscious agenda. There were so many things. And, you know, in the beginning, I wanted to self-heal. I didn't really want to be vulnerable with a bunch of people I didn't know. And that's really how I've set up Soma Tribe is so that you can go on your self-healing journey where you can do it in private. And there's many, many recodes in there that you can access. There are, you know, recodes to help you eliminate smoking, um, addictions to sugar, um, alcohol moderation, um, also money, abundance, love, uh, pretty much all the things that you need to feel better in life are in Soma Tribe to create this like more higher self-aligned life for you. Because I believe that the end of suffering comes when you align with your higher self and stop resisting who you really are, because who you really are is amazing. And sometimes it takes someone else to reflect that to you so that you can see it. But if all you have around you are people who are reflecting to you all of the, I call them the black mirror moments, which are like the shadow parts of you, then you need to be around people who are gonna start reflecting your light so that you can see that in yourself and then you start being it. So if you if you're interested, I'm gonna put the link down below. There's a dollar trial. And this is my soul's mission is to help other people feel good, not only in their bodies, but in their lives and to be aligned with their higher self. Um, a lot of people are walking around so disconnected from their higher selves that they're just lost and they don't know who they really are. And if I could give to humanity one thing, it would be to know yourself as light, to know yourself as your higher state of consciousness in this human body, not outside this body, not waiting to get to some alternate universe where you know you're just a light being, but like in your body because your soul picked this body for you to experience life in. So let's just keep looking forward and stop looking in in the past to create your future because the answer's not back there. The answer's in the future, and the choice is always yours, and it's like a minute-by-minute choice. And you just keep redirecting and going, Well, what would my future self do? What would my future self do? What would my future self do? And pretty soon you're just your future self. And a lot of the old stories and pain and traumas just don't exist there anymore. So happy new year, happy new year. And I I cannot wait to hear about your transformation. I think you can comment below on the podcast. Um, and you know, let me know what your experience was if you have a moment, write a review. Uh because that's how small podcasts like mine get seen in the big market. And um, so if you have a chance, write me a review and tell me like what you're gaining from this content and what you'd like to see more of. Like drop a comment. Actually, I think there's like a new chat feature on the podcast thing where you can actually just uh send a message. Let me know what kind of content do you want? What are you struggling with that you need help with? And what is it that is the most difficult for you to let go of on your transformation journey? What are you afraid of the most that will change in your life that you don't want to move forward? Like, because that's real too. And um, I'll start addressing those in future episodes. And the more you engage with me and tell me what what you're looking for, the more information that I can that I can provide you on and tools and strategies on how to make those changes stick. So I hope you have an amazing day and an amazing year. I'm very excited about 2026. I believe that this year is gonna be massive shifts for people on the planet. And I know a lot of people are are feeling in the chaos and the fear right now. But if you can lift your consciousness up long enough to see and connect in with your higher self, you'll get all the answers you need. And a lot of that fear and chaos energy just won't be able to touch you anymore. So I hope you have a beautiful day. And I look forward to hearing about and hopefully sharing in your journey. Take care.
